Belly fat / stomach fat is one of the long lasting fat , that burns very slowly, but taking proper precautions and following these steps as mentioned below will help to reduce the stomach fat / belly fat within weeks.

All you can do is that use stairs, instead of elevators, stand up and take a walk after every an hour, prefer walk instead of driving. Walk in the morning is also very healthy.
  3. Drink plenty of Water: Even if you are dieting, drink plenty of water it will make your metabolic system more active. Drinking plenty of water flush out all the waste from your body even if it’s in the form of fat. Take a water bottle with you all the time even when you are out, and drink as often as you remember you have a water bottle: D, Drink up to 12 glass of water a day. It will improve your overall health, and you will also feel a difference as your belly fat or stomach fat will be reduced to a level in a month or so.
  4. Regular Exercise: Run as fast as you can up to 20 seconds then slow down to normal to breath. Repeat this process for about 10 minutes. It’s an excellent and easy exercise to burn all your belly fat or stomach fat. Exercise in the morning along with walk also reduces and burn stomach fat or belly fat.
  5. Eat good fats: Diet with higher ratio of monounsaturated fats can reduce belly fat or stomach fat.
  6. Sleep: If you want to work at late night , think once again it can be hazardous to your health and its also a main reason for your fat belly or stomach. Loosing proper sleep can change your harmone positions and thus can affect cortisol level, which will adversely affect your increased belly. Approximately you should take round about 7 hours sleep at night.

It is natural that your hair loose color and turns to gray with the passage of age, but sometimes premature graying hair can be a problem.
Graying hair doesn’t mean that you have any specific medical problem; it may be a result of mental stress. It is a hereditary disease and may transfer from generation to generation.
Another reason that scientist discovered is that deficiency of Vitamin B-12 or even the problem with your thyroid glands can cause premature graying hair problem. Faulty diet that is deficient in vitamins and proteins can also be a cause for premature graying hair. Anxiety, fear, tension and depression can also badly affect your root scalp and this cause graying hair.
Another research shoes that smoking is also injurious to your hair. Smokers suffer from premature aging and thus their hair turns gray at early age as compared to non-smokers.
But to some extent, it may be hereditary, and can be genetic.

HOME REMEDIES TO TREAT PREMATURE GRAYING HAIR:
1). Take 10gm kaala patthar (easily available at any grocery store) crushed,  1 piece of jute ash, take  half kilogram of coconut oil, mix and massage at bed time leaving it for overnight and wash it in morning with a selenium 2.5% shampoo.Try to apply it on alternate days.
Next you should regularly take a multivitamin ,containing zinc.
Eat roasted liver with ginger and lemon juice.
Include milk, egg, Green leafy vegetables, olive oil, cottage cheese in your regular diet.
2). Intake of ½ to 1 Liter of yogurt is an excellent remedy.
3).Keep your hair and scalp clean, wash it 4 times a week. Avoid all kinds of hair dyes that  damages your hair colour and its beauty.

HIDING THE GRAY HAIR:
There are a lot of ways of concealing graying hair, as prescribed by Ron King, owner of Ron King Salon and bô Salon in Austin, Texas, and a national spokesman for L'Oréal Professionnel says. They include that Highlighting your hair as it will helps scattered strands to be highlighted, to blend the gray with the rest of your hair.

Dark or black lips
Dark and black lips is a very common among girls and teenagers due to excessive use of alcohol , caffeine , tea or cigarette. It may also be due to use of lipstick and makeup on lips like all the glittery material or gloss that girls apply on lips. These makeup products can cause skin infections along with that can lead to cancer as well if they contain high range of alcohol. Dark or black lips can be avoided by using Vaseline cream on your lips. It will moisten your lips and will put a glossy effect as well. It also heals infections on lips.

Unwanted Dead Skin
Unwanted dead skin can be removed by applying the brush on your teeth after brushing. It will remove all the dead skin from your lips and will result in healthy lips. Unwanted dead skin can cause premature aged lips.

Soft Lips
